Leonard Singer has resigned from his post as Vice Chairman of the Isle of Man Post Office.
In a letter to Chief Secretary Will Greenhow he cited a lack of communication from both the Post Office Board and the Cabinet Office.
He says he was left in the dark over a number of developments ever since he announced he did not support the transfer of Post Office services to the SPAR store in Ramsey.
The Ramsey MHK branded it unacceptable that as an elected representative for the town he was not involved in any decision making process.
