Over 5,000 new homes need to be built on the Isle of Man in the next 11 years.
That's according to the findings of the new draft Strategic Plan which shows how many properties should be built by 2026.
The document, which is now out for public consultation, shows the regional breakdown with the majority of development - 2,400 properties - needed in the east.
