Fishing for king scallops can once again resume in Manx territorial waters.
Areas of the sea had been closed off due to the presence of naturally occurring toxins.
It happened due to the sea staying warmer for longer as a result of the good summer but was seen as another setback for fishermen.
They had already been operating under strict conditions in an effort to protect dwindling stocks.
