Small lifestyle changes could help reduce the amount of money being spent on obesity on the Isle of Man.
National Obesity Awareness Week is drawing to a close but people who are overweight are still being encouraged to take action.
Public health strategist Dawn Henley says it's a problem which is causing a strain on the health service.
Statistics from 2013 show that 20 per cent of five year olds are either overweight or obese - a survey from 2009 showed half of Island adults fall into the same category.
