Efforts are underway to tackle neurology waiting lists on the Isle of Man.
Next week the Island's GPs will meet for their first education session of 2015 - giving them a chance to discuss developments in medical care and best practice.
Dr Alex Allinson is the chair of the GP subcommittee - he says despite the disruption the session on Thursday is vital.
Among the topics being discussed are the number of patients presenting with headaches - Dr Allinson says a neurologist will be attending to try and help:
