Sailings may be cancelled due to more bad weather

Steam Packet sailings have been put into doubt as the Island braces itself for more stormy weather.

Met Office forecasters say winds will increase to gale force - with gusts reaching around 65mph.

Tonight's 7:45pm Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham may be cancelled due to adverse conditions, and as a result, tomorrow's 2:15am sailing may be affected.

The ships master is to make a decision by 5pm this evening.
