The Department of Health and Social Care is currently dealing with a large number of medic's tendering their resignations at the same time.
In total seven medic's will be retiring, some of whom are near retirement age but no comment has been given on whether or not it's due to pension discrepencies.
Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle says it's unfortunate but work must now commence to fill the soon to be vacant posts.
He says if it is down to pension disagreements then he feels the workers have 'jumped the gun'
