Government has done the best job it could have done despite a number of challenges this year.
That's according to the Island's Chief Minister who has been reflecting on the last 12 months.
2014 has been a year dogged by drastic budget cuts and changes to frontline services.
The Department of Infrastructure faced the biggest challenge - trying to find over £5 million of savings in one year - resulting in numerous charges being brought in.
