A man who had 500 tablets of Diazepam delivered to his house has been remanded in custody.
Police intercepted a parcel at the post sorting office destined for 41-year-old John Gallop's house earlier this month.
When police went to his home he informed them he also had 11 wraps of heroin in his pocket and admitted there were another 23 in a container in his living room.
Cannabis and other associated paraphernalia were also found.
At Douglas Courthouse today he was remanded in custody and will appear again before the Deputy High Bailiff next Tuesday.
