No consideration has been given as to whether tenants will be able to afford a rent hike.
That's the view of three local commissioners who are angry at a proposed five per cent increase for those who live in public sector housing.
Ramsey commissioner Lawrie Hooper says 67 per cent of tenants haven't been considered.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it has to ensure that rents reflect the cost of providing and running housing.
It's pledged to shield the vulnerable from the cuts - however Lawrie says he isn't so sure:
