Prestigious McLaren award for Manx racing driver

A Manx racing driver has won the McLaren 'Driver of Promise Award' for 2014.

Single-seater racing driver Chris Mealin was selected at the start of the year to join 17 others from around the world at the McLaren Performance Academy.

The award was presented to him by McLaren's F1 Test and Reserve Driver Oliver Turvey.
