Should parents be solely responsible for warning their children about inappropriate adult behaviour?
That's the question being asked after it was revealed that a NSPCC initiative will not be introduced on the Island.
The Education and Children Minister confirmed in Tynwald there are no plans to roll out the "Talk PANTS" scheme.
It endeavours to help children detect if they're being subjected to grooming or predatory behaviour.
