Bethlehem's Eternal Flame of Peace will be brought to the Isle of Man next week.
For the first time Guides and Scouts from the Island will be taking delivery of the Peace Light which is transported around the world at Christmas.
It's seen as a symbol of peace and will be distributed into the local community by the Scout and Guide associations.
The flame will arrive on the Island next Wednesday before being unveiled at a service in Douglas on Saturday - the idea is for the final advent candle to be lit by it.
So far over 30 churches, residential homes and commissioners have requested to take part in the event.
