Onchan MHK David Quirk has expressed surprise and concern at the low turnout for the latest 'Big Debate' meeting.
This week's meeting at the Manx Museum was the first where attendees did not require an invite.
The previous invite only meetings garnered reasonable attendance figures across the board - however the opinion survey was criticised for being too broad.
