People recovering from ill health or surgery are being encouraged to start swimming lessons.
Manx Sport and Recreation is offering weekly rehabilitation sessions for people with disabilities and health-related needs.
It's part of the new Strategy for Sport and will help 'vulnerable' members of the community who don't typically take part in recreational activities.
Sessions are taken by highly qualified teachers across the Island.
