Businesses need to respond to the Equality Bill consultation before the deadline this Friday.
That's the advice from chief executive of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce Jane Dellar, who says Manx organisations will struggle if they're not given due time and attention.
People will soon need to find the running costs associated with implementing changes following the introduction of the Bill - which is 18-months away.
Jane says it's set to affect things like goods, services and employment; so it's time for the private-sector to get involved before it's too late:
