The Department of Health and Social Care has launched a new scheme to help people in care.
It's set to maximise people's levels of independence by learning or re-learning daily life skills.
It has proven to be more cost-effective than institutional based care; such as remaining in hospital or moving to a residential home.
The Re-ablement Team has helped 93 people to regain their independence with reduced or no help from carers since the pilot scheme began in July of this year.
