Obesity is costing the Isle of Man £5.6 million each year - with one in five reception children registering as overweight.
A new 10-year strategy has been launched to improve the Island's health and wellbeing.
The aim is to encourage early intervention and get more people, more active, more quickly by making sporting opportunities available to all.
