Results are positive from the third review of the Island's health service - but a governance review must be conducted.
That's according to the Department of Health and Social Care which says it has identified the need for greater responsibility and accountability.
This evaluation covered clinical governance systems, in areas that include Mental Health Services, Noble's Hospital and Community Health Services.
