TT World Series talks on hold for a year

Political discussions over the potential for a TT World Series aren't expected to take place for almost a year.

The matter is unlikely to reach the floor of Tynwald until October or November next year.

The Department of Economic Development is looking at the possibility of creating the event - it's currently in consultation with industry stakeholders.

Due to the lengthy timescale the Minister has now committed to updating politicians about progress in the New Year.
