Plans are in place to change the setup of the Isle of Man Government to make it a single legal entity.
At the minute all of the departments have separate legal status - it's hoped this could provide a more joined up approach to tackling future problems and remove the "silo" mentality.
A report highlighting how things could change will go before Tynwald this month and the Council of Ministers will be asked to report back by June next year.
Sir John Elvidge conducted the report - he was the principle architect of the current integrated system of government in Scotland - however he says it doesn't spell the end of the current structure:
