Government's "scattergun" approach to trying to save money is having a detrimental effect on people living here.
That's according to Michael MHK Alf Cannan who is angry that there appears to be no proper plan.
He spoke out after the Department of Infrastructure - which has to find savings of £5 million - introduced a raft of charges which hit people from school-children to pensioners.
Mr Cannan says it is unfair to continually target taxpayers:
