Increased competition in the telecoms market will allow for more choice for both consumers and businesses.
That's the view of the Communications Commission after modifying Wi-Manx's telecommunications licence.
It means it has now become the third full telecoms operator on the Island alongside Manx Telecom and Sure.
The former internet service provider can now offer voice services - director Kate Hegarty says the main focus going forward will be the business community:
