MHK wants more awareness raised to workplace bullying

Government staff should be protected from bullying, harassment and victimisation at work by an external body.

That's the view of Onchan MHK Peter Karran who says he has had several reports of bullying in the last month.

A new policy will be implemented by January next year - Policy and Reform Minister Chris Robertshaw admits that it hasn't been right so far.
