The Island's policy on funding pioneering cancer drugs will be reviewed by April next year.
As it stands we don't have a cancer drug fund and government won't fund drugs that are on England's CDF list.
Minister for Health and Social Care Howard Quayle says it's one of the most difficult and emotive areas of health care provision.
