No property developers have approached government with a view to taking over the Knockaloe Farm site in Patrick.
That's according to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which is currently reviewing what to do with it.
The site is currently being valued - it's believed to be worth between £3 million and £4.5 million - with claims its not being used to its full potential.
Minister Richard Ronan says a number of different options have been put forward but he doesn't believe building a sewerage plant there is the way forward:
