Five million needed for emergency communications

£4.9 million is needed for a new scheme which will help keep the Island's community safe.
Tynwald will be asked to approve the spend in order to replace the emergency services' current communications system.
It's served the joint control room for over a decade - but there are now plans for a new network and upgraded equipment.
