Unlawful sex teen to be sentenced in December

A teenager who has pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl will be sentenced in December.

18-year-old Martin Furlonger appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday facing five charges.

He had previously entered guilty pleas to four charges of unlawful sexual intercourse - three which took place in August and one in September.

He also pleaded guilty to an additional charge during a court appearance on Thursday.

The Douglas man will be sentenced on Monday, December 1st - there was no application for bail and he remains remanded in Jurby Prison.
