Minister defends 'grandiose' Douglas masterplan

Bold ideas to completely transform the look of Douglas are not just a 'grandiose' plan by Government.

A new "masterplan" has been launched in a bid to get private investors fired up and keen to rejuvenate the town.

Our listeners have been having their say - Alan says it will never happen and Liam says we don't have the money for it, however many are in support with Lee saying the plans look amazing.
