The Department of Infrastructure is working with local authorities to reduce the risks of tonight's predicted coastal flooding.
It's expected there could be flooding incidents in the early hours of this morning due to the forecast stormy conditions coupled with the spring tide.
We could see flooding in the harbour areas of Castletown, Douglas and Ramsey.
Infrastructure staff are on standby to deploy sandbags to anyone who may want to protect their properties from water damage.
In addition to the high tide, heavy rain could result in some localised flooding tonight and motorists are urged to slow down and drive to the conditions.
