Alternative plans considered for horse tram tracks

Would you be happy if the horse tram tracks were relocated to the Douglas Promenade walkway?

Alternative proposals are being drawn up by the Department of Infrastructure - which is looking to drum up public opinion on whether or not it's a feasible option. 

The idea could generate other potential benefits like on street parking provision and an opportunity to incorporate additional sea defences.
