High Street fighting back against online competition

As we enter the run up to Christmas how will the high street stand up against its online competition?

Although Strand Street was hit hard by the economic downturn it compared favourably against similar shopping areas in the UK.

Chairman of the Retail Committee for the Chamber of Commerce, Stephen Bradley, says the Island's main shopping street has been forced to adapt, with a number of stores now incorporating online shopping.
