Is better competition in the Island's telecoms market on the horizon?

Wi-Manx has applied to the Communications Commission for a full telecoms licence, joing the likes of Manx Telecom, Sure and Blue Wave.

It will soon issue a consultation on the matter - and following that, a ruling will be made.
