Good progress being made on new housing bill

Officials exploring the new Landlord and Tenant Private Housing Bill are currently on track to draw the investigation to a close.

The committee is now in a position where the Bill can be reported back to the House of Keys in November - as planned.

It follows a meeting earlier this week with evidence given by the Office of Fair Trading and private landlord Ian Abrahams.
