Raising awareness of the challenges faced by blind and visually impaired people will be the focus of a new campaign next week.
Organisers of Vision Awareness Week say they want to promote eye health and make people aware of the services offered by the Manx Blind Welfare Society.
Events will begin on Monday with the official launch at the Manx Museum in Douglas - it's hoped the community can learn how to embrace visual impairment in society.
There'll also be roadshows around the Island and a walk to raise awareness on September 21st.
