Is the consultation on the Equality Bill being communicated in the best way?
That's the question being posed by Douglas West MHK, Chris Thomas, who's worried that his constituents aren't being properly engaged.
The Bill will eventually replace the Disability Discrimination Act 2006 - it's been described by the Chief Minister as one of the most important pieces of legislation in recent times.
Mr Thomas says that's why it's important that the Cabinet Office asks the public the right questions:
