Inquest into death of visiting biker gets underway today

The inquest into the death of a visiting motorcyclist last week will be opened today.

58-year-old John Greenwell from Surrey died on Thursday after crashing his bike on the Creg-ny-Baa back road.

Coroner of Inquests John Needham will open proceedings at 9.45a at Douglas Courthouse.
