Steam Packet responds to Manannan passengers' complaints

The Manannan has now been fixed and has departed from Liverpool.

Many of those who were to sail to the Island today were told just before midnight last night that they would have to stay in Liverpool overnight or travel to Heysham for the next boat.

Passengers have hit out at the Steam Packet for poor communication throughout the experience. Here's what one woman had to say about the ordeal.
