Unlike the rest of Britain, Isle of Man residents know what's in their food.
That's according to the Manx National Farmers Union following the release of a UK report which found that 77% of people living there don't understand ingredients in their products.
The union says it's because the Island is a small community, producing much of its own basic food needs, with a government closely linked to industry regulations.
