There is once again a big question mark over the future use of the former Marine laboratory in Port Erin.
Company Sea Breezes had proposals to turn the vacant site into a Marine Interpretation Centre refused by the planning inspector and the Council of Ministers - this led to the company pulling out of the plans altogether.
It's a move that has been met with derision by the Chief Minister, MHK's and the public alike.
