Staff morale within the Island's health service will be improved - but not overnight.
That's the promise from the Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle who admits it's an issue.
He's vowing to tackle the problem and says the first step is bedding in his new senior management team.
Morale was badly impacted when serious concerns about health failings were brought to light - it led to the West Midlands Quality Review team being drafted in.
Mr Quayle says he is working hard to right problems - but people have to have patience:
