Learner Drivers will soon sit a theory test which is more applicable to driving on Island roads.
The updated test will better reflect the demands of modern motoring in the Isle of Man, the current system has been in place since 2004.
It has been devised in conjunction with counterparts Jersey and Guernsey, and will come into effect from Thursday 4th September.
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says it's all about improving driving standards in the Isle of Man, and making our roads as safe as possible.
