50 teams will aim to raise £65,000 this weekend to continue the fight against cancer.
Relay for Life is the culmination of a year's worth of fundraising by people on the Isle of Man.
The event begins on Saturday and will see teams of walkers lap the NSC sports track over the course of 24 hours.
Money raised goes to Cancer Research UK which then helps patients from the Isle of Man who are receiving treatment in the North West.
