Cyclist's inquest to open today

The inquest into the death of a cyclist from Lonan will be opened today.

Kathryn Burge - who was known as Kate - died on Main Road in Kirk Michael on Monday, August 4th.

The 41-year-old, who was a physiotherapist at Noble's Hospital, was involved in a collision with a Range Rover suffering fatal injuries.

Her inquest will be opened at 4pm at Douglas Courthouse by Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes.
