It was good news all round yesterday as the Island's A-level students celebrated a record set of results.
Although some students were still in limbo with their chosen university it's reported the greater majority have got into their first choice.
The average UCAS points score stands at 303, representing an average of three grade Bs per student.
Ramsey Grammar School pupil Dorian Amaral managed to achieve an unprecedented 6 A* grades - he's been accepted to Durham University to do a Masters in theoretical physics.
