The consultation process for the Equality Bill will commence on Monday.
The Bill will aim to stamp out discrimination, whether it be related to age, disability, race, religion or sexual orientations.
The Bill will eventually replace the Disability Discrimination Act 2006, with a plea to people and organisations to have their say on what adjustments will best suit the needs of disabled people.
Chief Minister Bell has branded it one of the most important pieces of social legislation to be progressed in recent times.
He says it represents the progressive outlook of the current government compared to previous administrations over the years:
