There has not been a U-turn over the so called 'toilet tax' - although changes to it could be on the way.
That's according to the Chief Minister who says he wasn't happy with the £50 annual charge from the beginning.
Work has been on-going since it was introduced in April - the Manx Utilities Authority says it's been looking at alternative solutions which will be looked at by the Council of Ministers.
