A Manx woman who's collecting unwanted wheelchairs for distribution in developing countries says people take access to services like this for granted.
Pam Kerruish is looking for help to reach her target of sending out 100 wheelchairs to Tajikistan (TAJ-IKI-STAN) - the poorest country in Asia - by the end of the year.
Having travelled out to the country herself to work with disabled children, Pam was shocked to discover that many of them had never left the institution they live in.
To give those children mobility she started a supply chain from the Isle of Man - with help from Island-based organisations like the Steam Packet.
She says people who get help from the NHS are often disrespectful:
