Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital accredited as 'excellent'

Customer service at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital has been voted as 'excellent'.

The healthcare facility has been formally validated by the UK's Customer Service Excellent standard.

Assessors say they are 'satisfied beyond any doubt' that the hospital met the requirements of the accreditation.

They found patients had a voice and the staff were focussed on providing high class patient care.
