"Ivory towers" within the Island's health service are being knocked down in an effort to overhaul the service.
That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister who says significantly changing the management structure is the first step in establishing a solid foundation to move forward.
Howard Quayle has led the department for five months - in that time he's appointed a new chief executive, two new directors and seen the chief nurse post become vacant.
He says people were working hard before but there was room for improvement:
